As part of the Ludum Dare tradition, we too, wanted to share the tales and conclusions we’ve made during our development process and aftermath of Petty Puny Planet 38, through our very own Planet Sized Post-Mortem!
We want to say thank you to the people that have featured our game, Petty Puny Planet, in their YouTube channels. They took their time to showcase our game, so we’re going to return the favor!
Moski talks a bit about why he used Krita, a free open-source digital painting program, to make the game assets for our 3 game jams so far, plus some other projects with varying degrees of success.
Petty Puny Planet 38 has been getting a lot of feedback and we want to commemorate the occasion. Similarly to how other jammers have already posted their own, we have prepared a timelapse video of our development journey during the event!
Why have a pet rock when you can have a pet planet? (Technically the same. The planet is just a bigger and cosmic rock). As some bigger-than-life entity, it’s your job to take care of a tiny small world – and the tiny people that live on it – and take it for a spin. Decide every century on how to further develop it. Give the people reaches! Teach them about fire! Mutate them if you must!
