One year ago, we had just finished our second Ludum Dare entry – Hyper Holomayhem 37. Although the game’s overall placement and results were quite satisfying, every time we think back at the game we can’t stop but thinking we could have done several things differently.
In this post we’ll be going through the creation process of the music for Jazzy Beats and the list of materials used for music composition!
We wanted to talk about the art direction of Jazzy Beats, and the workflows we used to make as many sprites as possible.
Be an Jazz-centring idol, capture your rival’s fans hearts and turn them into your fans! The fastest way to get around doing that? Using the power of music, of course! Oh, and punching the living out of them too.
